Stockist Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the F.MAR stockist program. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth partnership and protect the integrity of our brand and your business. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Minimum Order Quantity
To maintain quality and exclusivity, all initial and subsequent stockist orders must consist of a minimum of 30 pieces. You may mix and match styles and finishes to reach this amount.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

Orders with a total value of AUD $500 or more qualify for free standard freight within Australia.

For orders below AUD $500, a flat shipping fee of AUD $30 applies.

Orders fulfilled from Australian stock typically deliver within 5 business days.

Made-to-order items shipped from Brazil require 10–15 business days from order confirmation, subject to customs clearance and transit.
3. Payment Terms

All first orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

For approved stockists, payment on future orders may be split into 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, subject to formal approval.

F.MAR reserves the right to review and adjust payment terms at any time based on creditworthiness and order history.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (local time).

No order processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.
-
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.
5. Returns & Damages
-
Due to the nature of stockist orders, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Any items that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email, with clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, F.MAR will replace the item free of charge if the same product is in stock, or issue a store credit toward your next order if unavailable.

This policy applies exclusively to stockists. We do not accept returns or warranty claims from your end customers.
6. Product Quality & Care

All jewellery is 18K gold-plated and meticulously crafted in Brazil using trusted suppliers who meet our high plating and finishing standards.

Our pieces are not waterproof but have high resistance to tarnish and fading when cared for properly.

Stockists are responsible for informing their customers on proper jewellery care to maintain product longevity.
7. Warranty

F.MAR provides a 7-month plating warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or normal wear and tear.

Defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof and an email claim.
8. Branding & Resale

F.MAR jewellery must be sold under its original branding and packaging.

Any repackaging, rebranding, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your stockist agreement.

Stockists must adhere to F.MAR’s pricing guidelines and respect territorial exclusivity where applicable.
9. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the sole property of F.MAR.

Stockists agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or use any intellectual property beyond agreed-upon marketing and sales activities.
10. Termination

F.MAR reserves the right to terminate stockist accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to breaches of these terms, failure to maintain payment obligations, or misuse of brand assets.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and usage of F.MAR branding must cease.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia.

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction.
